Notes#
- Badges visible at all times. Melrose Gate takes vehicles. North Gate is foot traffic only after 09:00. A lost badge goes to Ops, Bldg 1, when you lose it and not at wrap.
- No personal recorders, rigs or chips on stage. Bags are checked at both gates in both directions. This is not new and it is not negotiable.
- Negative stock is pre-closure San Diego lacquer, third generation, 90 minutes. Signed out and signed back at Bldg 4. There is no more of it being made, so nothing rolls for rehearsal.
- One negative per shooting day. The Bldg 4 window takes it from wrap. The window shuts at 16:00 and does not reopen for anybody, including this production.
- Archive intake Friday, 17:00. Everything in the racks goes across, including the added day, which missed the last transfer. Nothing can be pulled after 16:00 Friday.
- We are over schedule. Sixth days continue until you hear otherwise. Saturday's call will be posted Thursday.
- Catering, Lot 3, 12:30 to 13:30. Both stages dark for the hour.
- Day players are released at the lunch break, not at wrap. The 12:30 meal above is the end of a day call: eat, hand the badge back at the North Gate on the way out, and be off the lot by 13:30. Not at wrap, not tomorrow.
